Title: No Guns Knives or Stupid Shit of That Nature

Finally, trying to compose this piece was frustrating. Diamond shapes are hard to get flowing. I know it's in the middle and a general rule is never to have your central focus in the middle, but dizzam I was frustrated. Was thinking of ways to cut it up but I just kept on running into walls. All of this was created in Illustrator except for the brown background, that was created in Photoshop using [link] < -resurge's paper packet I believe. You should check out that account, nothing but quality stock. This concept and colors was mostly born out of house music. Pete Tong, Bob Sinclair, Julez, David Guetta, and Dj's of the like. Trying to work on my color.

As alway constructive critiques are always welcome. Bring it.

This is good stuff. Not only is it well drawn, nice colours, composition, etc. but the textures give it a quality most vector graphics don't have. ie. it's not a piece of heartless shit.

The texture took a while to make it look like it does, I actually got it like that by mistake. I dig the mistake. Thanks for the comment brotha.

Thanks brotha, yeah I try to stay away from the heartless shit as much as possible in my works. I believe it's the music that helps. Really appreciate the comment.

Thanks, I wanted to work on it more but once you work on a piece for too long you start to loose sight of your objective. I'll give this a break for now.
